Use case
Welcome your international guests in their language (EN, FR, DE, ES, IT) from the moment they check in, trigger Google and Tripadvisor reviews straight from the room, and replace your paper loyalty card with a digital program. Live in 15 minutes, GDPR-compliant, EU hosting.
Built for boutique hotels in New York, business hotels in London, beach resorts in Miami, and independent properties across the UK and Ireland.
A German couple checking into your Miami beach resort sees the welcome game in German. British business travellers in your London hotel play in English. Everything is human-translated: player UI, prize emails, contest rules. All 8 languages are included in every plan.
QR code on the restaurant check, on the in-room compendium at check-out, or on the final invoice: your guest plays, wins a free coffee or a room upgrade, and gets a one-tap invitation to leave a review. GDPR-compliant, no review buying, no third-party tracker.
Replace the paper card that lives in a drawer: guests scan on every stay, collect digital stamps, and unlock a free weekend, a room upgrade or a bottle of Champagne in the room. Per-guest frequency stats included, perfect for hotel partner programs and small chain operators.
Everything is hosted in France. Strict European compliance, no third-party tracker, built-in right to erasure. Your guest data — and your group's data — never leaves the European Union, exportable as CSV to your PMS or CRM.
Four proven plays to turn every check-in into a loyalty and review driver.
On arrival, the receptionist hands over the room key with a QR code (welcome card, in-room compendium). The guest scans, plays the wheel of fortune in their own language (free cocktail at the bar, spa access, complimentary breakfast, room upgrade). Memorable first touchpoint, opt-in email captured.
Laminated card on the desk or coat hanger: the guest scans before check-out, plays, and receives an invitation to leave a Google or Tripadvisor review. As a bonus, a link to your partner neighborhood restaurant (optional cross-referral commission).
For business hotels and family-run B&Bs: QR code at the breakfast buffet station. Guests scan on each stay, accumulate digital stamps, and unlock a free breakfast on the 10th stamp. No paper card, real-time loyalty stats per guest.
QR code on the final invoice: guests play the instant win, drop an opt-in email, and get entered in the quarterly draw for a complimentary weekend. You build a base of qualified international repeat guests, compliant with US sweepstakes law and UK Gambling Act 2005 free-draw rules (auto-generated terms).
The QronoPlay formats that maximize ROI on a hotel marketing budget.
Ideal at check-in or check-out: custom segments (room upgrade, spa access, free cocktail, complimentary breakfast, free stay as grand prize). Win probabilities tuned to your prize cost, anti-fraud guardrails included, multilingual out of the box.
Three questions about the region (wine in Tuscany, gastronomy in Provence, castles in the Scottish Highlands, beaches in Andalusia). Guest engagement plus qualification (interest in local activities). Excellent brand content that extends the stay experience.
Long-term loyalty program: one instant win per stay, or a December advent calendar with one prize per door. Ideal to keep business regulars engaged and seasonal couples coming back year after year.
Yes. QronoPlay generates rules that comply with US sweepstakes law (no purchase necessary, free alternative method of entry) and qualify as a free draw under the UK Gambling Act 2005. For loyalty programs with a paid stay required, we also provide a customizable rule template to review with your legal counsel.
Yes. After your guest plays (win or lose), a thank-you screen offers a link to your Google Business Profile, your Trustpilot page or your Tripadvisor listing. Compliant with Google and Tripadvisor terms: no incentive to leave a positive review, no review buying. You choose the timing (immediate at check-out or delayed by email day +1).
QronoPlay automatically detects the guest's phone language and serves the UI, emails and rules in that language among EN, FR, DE, ES and IT. Nothing to configure: a German guest scans your QR code and sees the game in German, an Italian guest sees it in Italian. Native, not machine-translated. A strong differentiator versus European competitors that remain monolingual.
Everything is hosted in France. The contacts collected through your games never leave the European Union. GDPR-compliant, built-in right to erasure, on-demand CSV export for your PMS, CRM or email tool. No third-party tracker (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) is shipped in the player experience.
No native PMS integration yet (Mews, Opera, Cloudbeds, Apaleo). However, you can download an on-demand CSV or Excel export of every lead collected (email, language, date, campaign, prize won) and import it into your PMS or CRM. A Zapier / Make webhook is on the roadmap to automate real-time sync.
Free 14-day trial, no credit card. Launch your first campaign before the next wave of bookings.
